Barefoot
I have started the Barefoot challenge. Recently I bought a pair of Barefoot shoes by Merrell. They are supposed to make your body feel better and place you in correct alignment. They say that they work muscles in you feet and legs that you normally don't use too much. They have this great app to help you get used to these shoes. Little stretches and such.
So I'm doing my 30 minute walk the other day and I think -hey! I think I'll run for a few minutes- and… I'm off. My legs did feel a little more tired at the time, but nothing compared to the pain I feel today! Shew! My calves are sore!
I really do think I feel a difference in my posture and I do feel the burn! Lol
Then after a stressful day yesterday my wonderful son makes me flowers! So sweet!
