Healthy Walnut Apple Cinnamon Toast Cereal

I tried something new for breakfast the other day.
I haven’t had any cereal in a while and I found this Keto cereal at Lowe’s Foods. It’s a great choice because it’s high in fiber and low in sugar… it actually has 0g of sugar!! Ideally, you’re looking for at least 3g of fiber and less than 5g of sugar.
1/2 cup of this...
A pouch pf these freeze dried apples to it...
A tablespoon of chopped walnuts or your choice of nut...
A little 2% milk and OMG!
It was too good! I had to stop myself from eating any more
This is so good, healthy, and quick for those mornings where you have to get out of the door quickly and don't have time to really cook anythings.
