It's Working!

So it's been almost a week since I had that steroid injection in my hip, and..... 

I think it's actually WORKING!!

After the first couple of days after getting it, I think I was more or less mostly sore from the procedure. But now, it's almost completely gone! I was up on my feet most of the afternoon. I hate just a little ache, but nothing nearly as bad as it had been in the past! I am very pleased!

Hip Hip Ho-ray!!

So I've been talking to my mother about starting to go back to the gym. I really miss it, but haven't had the motivation to go back, but now since I've gained 20 lbs....yuck!!  I've decided that it is definitely time! And I think that I have talked my mother into it too! Which is wonderful! You will definitely have less aches and pains if you exercise regularly! I am excited, and I am going to work my ass off! It's always been my dream to have one of those skinny swim model bodies!  I almost made it to that goal, but of course as always, something happens, and I lose track of what I am doing. Oh well, maybe one day while I am still able to enjoy something like that haha! 

Oh, I know that first day is going to kick my ass!  Now just to figure out when my first day will be....
