Taco Salad

 


Looking for a quick, easy, and healthy meal? This is one of my favorite go-to meals. Taco Salad!
✔️Ground Turkey
✔️Taco seasoning (low sodium if store bought)
✔️Any veggies that you want to give you 3 servings. I love using 1 cup of lettuce, 1/2 cup tomatoes, and 1/2 cup chopped colorful peppers. Sometimes I add in mushrooms too!
✔️1 small bag of Quest Chips
✔️1 T sour cream
✔️1 T salsa
✔️Sprinkle of Mexican blend cheese
✔️1 T French dressing
There you go!! Enjoy!.

Another Variation...

Lean and Green Nachos!
1 lb LEAN ground beef
Season w/cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, s&p.
Chopped onions
1/4 c diced canned tomatoes
Cook in skillet
Add spices
Diced tomatoes
THEN
Dice romaine lettuce & tomatoes
Low fat sour cream
2% Mexican shredded cheese
