Lean and Green Nachos!
1 lb LEAN ground beef
Season w/cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, s&p.
Chopped onions
1/4 c diced canned tomatoes
Cook in skillet
Add spices
Diced tomatoes
THEN
Dice romaine lettuce & tomatoes
Low fat sour cream
2% Mexican shredded cheese
